Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and wellness team to coordinate mental health treatment plans both within the organization and externally.

• Provide ongoing in-service training to medical, psychiatric, and security staff, ensuring best practices in mental health care are upheld.

• Effectively intervene and manage mental health crises, using de-escalation techniques to defuse potentially volatile situations.
\n
• Prepare and attend commitment hearings when required, ensuring legal and ethical standards are maintained.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment goals and plans for clients, ensuring that they align with patient-centered care principles.
\n
• Accurately document all client interactions and treatment progress, maintaining compliance with medical record confidentiality standards.

• Verify patients' mental health histories and any relevant psychotropic medications to gain comprehensive insights into their needs.

• Create regular and special reports to present data on patient progress and departmental activities as needed.

• Work alongside nursing and mental health staff to arrange post-release referrals, ensuring continuity of care for clients.

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 yearly, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance metrics.
