As an assistant food service director, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all culinary, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for the account. What you'll be doing Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams. Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees. What we're looking for Must-haves: High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role. At least two years’ foodservice experience. Proven track record of financial responsibility. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
