Payroll Administrator

Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Administrator:

Review, validate, and process employee timecards and payroll edits in Paycom
Handle historical adjustments, special payments, and payroll corrections
Maintain garnishments, deductions, and payroll compliance records
Audit payroll data for accuracy, controls, and regulatory compliance
Support reporting, audits, reconciliations, and year-end payroll activities
Serve as payroll backup and support processing during peak cycles

Qualifications for the Payroll Administrator:

4+ years of hands-on payroll administration experience, ideally with knowledge working with electronic timesheets
Paycom (or similar payroll system) and Excel proficiency
Solid knowledge of payroll compliance and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
