What You’ll Do Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate records Reconcile accounts and credit card statements Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable Help prepare financial reports and spreadsheets Verify pricing, purchase orders, and job costing Support payroll and accounting functions as needed Maintain organized digital records and documentation Work closely with our operations and leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy Assist with month-end closing activities Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Extremely organized Detail-oriented Honest and trustworthy Positive and team-focused Comfortable learning new software Great at managing multiple priorities Able to communicate professionally with vendors and teammates Experience with Quickbooks Online, Microsoft Excel, Service Titan and bookkeeping is preferred—but attitude, work ethic, and a willingness to learn are just as important.
