Associate General Counsel
We are seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel to lead our full legal function. In this role, you will partner closely with the CEO and executive team, providing strategic legal guidance on commercial, governance, employment, privacy, and regulatory matters. You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and closing enterprise contracts, while building a scalable legal infrastructure to support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full legal function across various domains.
- Advise the executive team on strategic initiatives, IP, and trademarks.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and partnerships.
- Build and maintain legal templates, playbooks, and workflows.
- Manage relationships with outside counsel for cost-effective outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with active bar membership (NY preferred).
- 10+ years of legal experience, including time at a top firm and in-house at a high-growth tech company.
- Broad generalist knowledge across commercial, corporate, employment, privacy, and regulatory matters.
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to provide decisive legal guidance.
- Familiarity with the AI legal landscape, including IP, data licensing, and regulation.
