Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing their unique mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions while focusing on minimizing paperwork to prioritize client care.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals, ensuring an integrated approach to client treatment.

• Participate in regular training sessions and staff meetings to share best practices, enhance your skills, and contribute to the continual growth of the team.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, promoting mental health education and resources within Bellevue and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
