Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients using a telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and supportive online environment.

• Regularly monitor client progress by utilizing standardized assessments and thoughtful evaluation, adjusting treatment plans proactively based on their evolving needs.

• Educate and support caregivers by providing strategies to manage behavioral health challenges effectively and enhancing the overall therapeutic environment.

• Identify and address maladaptive behaviors that can hinder recovery, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques and motivational interviewing to facilitate change.

• Document all client interactions and treatment notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
