Key Responsibilities\n

  • Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, providing emotional support and guidance, while utilizing tracking tools to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

  • Facilitate goal-setting discussions with clients, collaborating on therapeutic milestones that encourage continuous improvement and reflection.

  • Offer teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients who may face geographical, physical, or psychological barriers to traditional in-person therapy.

  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and care, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to refine therapeutic techniques and stay informed about emerging mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. Our clientele is diverse, composed of individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, ensuring a rich and rewarding experience for therapists in understanding and addressing unique mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and current state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust-based relationships with clients.

  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and cultural competence, creating a safe and supportive space for all clients.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads efficiently while meeting documentation and administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience in providing therapy to adults, children, or families, particularly those facing complex PTSD or severe anxiety and mood disorders.

  • Proficiency in various evidence-based therapies and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

  • Background in crisis intervention or treatment of trauma-related disorders is a plus.
