Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status through one-on-one meetings, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to ensure thorough understanding.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client, adapting therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Facilitate regular virtual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and providing clients with the skills and strategies required for managing their mental health.

• Coordinate care by providing client referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or support groups, when specialized interventions are necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including attending workshops and seminars to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, each bringing their own unique experiences and challenges. This includes individuals grappling with substance use disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and a variety of other mental health conditions. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varying backgrounds is essential in fostering a safe space for their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience with a focus on individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
