Location: Hollywood FL 33024

Duration: FTE |Onsite

Salary Range : $50k-$75k annually

Position Summary

The organization is seeking a Contracts Administrator responsible for reviewing and coordinating contracts throughout the entire internal approval process. The role involves facilitating contract workflows between departments such as Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, IT, and end-user teams. The Contracts Administrator reviews contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and works directly with suppliers and vendors during review and negotiation to address compliance issues or concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate contracts through the full internal approval process.
\n
• Facilitate contract workflow between various departments including Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, IT, and end-user groups.
\n
• Ensure contracts comply with organizational policies and procedures.
\n
• Collaborate directly with suppliers/vendors during contract review and negotiations.
\n
• Identify and help resolve compliance issues or concerns throughout the contracting process.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered.
\n
• At least 3 years of experience in contracts management.
\n
• Hands-on experience reviewing and coordinating contracts.
\n
• Experience working with multiple internal departments and external vendors.
\n
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
\n
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Experience with Lawson software or similar contract management systems.
\n
• Master’s degree.
\n
• Proficiency with contract tracking and management tools.
\n
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
\n
