Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies by conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of each client’s mental health.

• Deliver evidence-supported therapeutic interventions to clients through various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to develop and implement holistic treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse group of clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Your expertise will enable you to create supportive treatment environments for individuals seeking help, fostering their journey toward recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating effective therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
