Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in patient management
- Provide triage, treatment and support for trauma and emergency patients of all ages in an acute care setting
- Document patient care, monitor outcomes, and ensure safety, privacy, and quality of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans as patient needs evolve

Requirements
- ER/trauma care experience preferred
- Ability to work a night-shift schedule in a high-acuity environment
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment and adapt to varying patient volumes
