Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (IMC/PCU/Stepdown)

Location

Atlanta, GA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting during overnight shifts
• Manage and monitor patients requiring transplant care
• Perform and oversee peritoneal dialysis procedures and related patient monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 18 months of IMC/PCU/Stepdown specialty experience within the past 3 years
• Transplant experience required
• Peritoneal dialysis experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity step-down or progressive care unit
• Familiarity with complex post-operative transplant patient management
