Sales Manager - Sheraton Hotel

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Sheraton Hotel. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in sales within the hospitality industry, with at least five years of relevant experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our hotel's growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and corporate accounts

- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to create promotional strategies

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

- Manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the hotel

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a luxury or upscale hotel

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
