Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive therapy to couples, families, and individuals. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans to address specific behavioral and emotional challenges.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for couples and families, allowing you to work concurrently with individual members to address their unique needs.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a variety of issues including, but not limited to, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, job stress, and family dynamics.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Participating in team meetings and case consultations to enhance overall treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical expertise will be directed toward a diverse client base that includes adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of challenges, such as:

• Alcohol abuse and dependency issues.
\n
• Experiences of physical or psychological abuse.
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation, divorce, and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Communication difficulties among family members.
\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
