Business Development Manager

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Business Development Manager in Chicago, IL (Northbrook) to work with a commercial contractor to develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, architects, engineers, and general contractors Schedule and attend client meetings, industry events, and networking functions Develop and present proposals and company capabilities to prospective clients What We Offer Base salary $100k or higher (DOE) + uncapped commission Comprehensive benefits and 401(k) Remote flexibility in the Chicagoland area Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred Previous experience in business development, sales, and commercial construction is required Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for client meetings and events #J-18808-Ljbffr Trillium Construction Inc
