Ignition Benefits, a Santa Monica-based, YC-backed benefits broker, is seeking a remote-based salesperson to win and grow employer clients for 25–250 employee companies. You will own the full cycle from discovery to broker of record, leveraging underwriting data and referrals to close deals. You bring 3+ years in employee benefits, a live Life and Health license (or within 60 days) and a current book of business or a solid plan.
