Accounting Admin/Collections
$19 per hourOur clinet is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Accounting Admin/Collection Specialist to join their tight-knit finance team! In this role, you’ll balance keeping their financial records organized with reaching out to clients to help resolve billing questions and keep accounts up to date. We value positive relationships, so you’ll use your great communication skills to chat with customers, solve problems, and ensure timely payments with a helpful touch. salary: $19 - $28 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

- Client Outreach: Connect with clients via phone and email to remind them of upcoming payments and resolve overdue balances.
- Account Reconciliation: Monitor accounts receivable, post daily payments, and keep financial records accurate and up to date.
- Billing Support: Investigate and resolve customer billing discrepancies or account questions with a helpful, problem-solving approach.
- Team Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and preparing basic financial reports.
