Company Description Real Estate Service Systems, LLC (RESS) specializes in apartment vacancy preparation services for the multifamily housing industry. The company supports property owners and managers by delivering timely and reliable unit turnover solutions. Core services include painting, repairs, punch‑out, refinishing tubs and countertops, carpet cleaning, and janitorial cleaning. RESS focuses on helping communities maintain high occupancy rates through efficient, quality‑driven service. We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional to manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), strong bookkeeping knowledge, collections, and general office administration tasks. This role also includes supporting fleet management and assisting with scheduling. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and experienced with QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow‑up on outstanding balances. Handle Accounts Payable, including processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and preparing payments. Recording daily financial transaction Reconciling bank and credit card accounts Processing and recording deposits Maintaining the general ledger Tracking expenses and categorizing transactions Assisting with payroll records and payroll processing Preparing financial reports such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Reviewing and correcting discrepancies in financial records Assisting with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures Filing and organising financial documents Perform collections in a professional and timely manner Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly reporting Manage and track company fleet vehicles (maintenance schedules, documentation, registrations, insurance records) Assist with scheduling services, appointments, and internal coordination Perform general administrative office tasks as needed Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of financial data Qualifications Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Highly detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills Excellent communication and follow‑up skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Professional and dependable work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience with fleet management Background in service‑based or operations‑driven company #J-18808-Ljbffr Real Estate Service Systems, LLC
