ABOUT THE ROLE The Staff Accountant will provide accounting support for the entire organization through a product focused approach. This position will handle tasks related to the preparation, review, and reconciliation of accounting statements, reports, and dashboards. In addition, this position will review supplier expenses, T&E expense reports, and various accounting transactions and adjustments. The Staff Accountant will also be involved in special projects in addition to regular duties. This will be a primarily remote role requiring up to one day per week in office reporting to the Enterprise Mobility headquarters at 600 Corporate Park Drive in St. Louis, Missouri 63105. The compensation information below is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in New York. Pay Range: [$51,100-$61,300| Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include bonuses. Responsibilities:

• Provide accounting guidance to all Departments
• Prepare journal entries, expense accruals and allocations
• Code vendor invoices for services, products, etc.
• Review, track, and report on travel expense (T&E) reports and monthly statements
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements and dashboards
• Participate in the preparation of annual forecasts for all departments and products; analyze differences between actual and forecast monthly
• Identify cost savings opportunities and process efficiencies
• Participate in Product Business Case review, tracking, and analysis
• Analyze trends affecting divisions and products through periodic review of annual and intermediate P&L reports
• Supplier administration including tracking and management of all suppliers and contracts
• Work closely with NA and UK Parent Accounting to ensure accurate financials
• Special projects as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be located in the greater St. Louis, MO area and be able report to our office at 600 Corporate Park Dr up to one day per week (Hybrid/Remote schedule)
• For flexible/ work from home positions, must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant or similar accounting role
• Comfortable working independently or in a team environment

Preferred:

• Master's Degree in Accounting
• CPA or CMA certification
• Experience with Peoplesoft

Qualified Candidates Should Also Possess:

• Intermediate Excel skills
• Intermediate skills with Google Suite (Sheets, Looker, Gmail, Drives)
• Advanced analytical skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication, both verbal and written
• Complete knowledge and understanding of company principles, policies, procedures and standards
• Ability to apply experience based knowledge and leadership skills toward organizational goals
• Strong sense of initiative, requiring little direct supervision
• Ability to exercise sound judgment to make decisions toward the objective of satisfying all brands
