Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to the individual needs of a diverse clientele, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential for this role.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in New Jersey, allowing you to practice independently without supervision.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to welcome you to our team.
