Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for a flexible work arrangement, accommodating a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. You will have the freedom to create your own schedule, enabling a balance between your professional and personal commitments. The practice provides all necessary tools, including a fully furnished office space for when you choose to work in person, an electronic medical records (EMR) system, and comprehensive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to a diverse clientele, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Utilize billing services to manage claims, and oversee client accounts receivable, including eligibility checks and payment plans, to streamline administrative processes.

• Schedule and conduct ongoing appointments with clients, while maintaining an organized calendar to facilitate consistent and effective follow-up.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with fellow therapists to share insights and best practices, enhancing the quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n
