Operational Specialist

About the Role We are looking for an Operational Specialist to support daily business operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration between global partners and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in the intersection of luxury brands, consumer trends, and international business development. Responsibilities Support daily operations and project coordination across brand partnerships, product development, and market initiatives. Coordinate communication between international partners, internal teams, and external service providers. Maintain project timelines, meeting notes, action items, and operational follow-ups. Assist with preparation of business presentations, reports, market research, and project documents. Support product development processes, including sample tracking, feedback collection, and coordination with relevant teams. Assist in managing operational workflows for licensing and brand collaboration projects. Conduct market research on luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle categories. Support team activities related to partner communication, meetings, and business development initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, International Business, or related fields. 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business support, luxury, fashion, beauty, retail, or consumer industries preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international business environment. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
