Revenue Operations Specialist
Xpand Group
Our client is looking for a Revenue Operations Specilist to support the team. You'll own the day-to-day management of Salesforce and related GTM systems, balancing user support with project-based improvements to keep their commercial teams running efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Administer and optimize Salesforce, including configuration, automation, user support, and data quality.
- Manage a mix of support tickets and enhancement projects.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver scalable solutions.
- Identify and improve workflows, processes, and data consistency.
- Salesforce Administrator certified (required).
- Experienced supporting Salesforce in a fast-growing tech or scale-up environment.
- Comfortable working in a small, high-impact team.
- Able to balance support, stakeholder collaboration, and project work.
- Tech-savvy and confident using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
