It takes sharp operational thinking, strong execution instincts and someone who genuinely thrives in the detail.This is a hands-on operations role for someone who is organised, proactive and energised by the complexity of a fast-moving global marketing function. You will support the Strategy & Operations (S&O) Lead in keeping GIMC's day to day operations running effectively, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, supporting project delivery and helping the team stay connected and aligned across workstreams.This is not a strategic advisory role. It is an execution role, one that requires someone who moves fast, follows through, and takes genuine pride in making things work.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Operations- Support the Strategy & Operations Lead in managing the GIMC budget, forecasting, and scenario planning.- Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage budgets, purchase agreements (TPAs), and financial tracking.- Coordinate with Global Core S&O to ensure alignment on GLT, budget planning, reporting, and resource allocation.- Assist in identifying and implementing operational improvements across campaigns, creative, channel marketing, and events.- Support organizational change management initiatives and process optimization efforts.Agency & Vendor Management- Support with the development and management of the Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and vendor agreements for special projects and strategic initiatives.- Partner with Procurement and central S&O to onboard agencies, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring compliance with company processes and policies.- Maintain agency and freelance rosters, supporting resource planning and vendor governance frameworks.- Help establish and evolve agency management processes, including retainers, scopes of work, and performance tracking.Program & Project Management- Support on cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery against objectives.- Provide project management support for creative, campaign, and operational initiatives as needed.- Coordinate stakeholders across GIMC (Creative, Campaigns, Channels, Marketing Partners, and Events) and other partner teams to deliver creative assets.- Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and escalation pathways.- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across teams to ensure priorities remain clear and execution stays on track.- Support resource allocation efforts and communicate any blockers.- Own and maintain the Canva platform, including template management, governance and access controls, analytics reporting, performance tracking, and user support.Reporting & Business Operations- Support with tracking team resources, project portfolios, and operational workflows using Asana and other project management tools.- Support data analysis and reporting efforts to inform business decisions and strategic planning.Minimum Qualifications- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Agency Operations, or a related field.- Experience working within a marketing, creative, agency, events, media, or technology organization.- Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and initiatives from planning through execution.- Experience supporting budget planning, forecasting, financial tracking, and vendor management processes.- Familiarity with procurement workflows, contract management, Statements of Work (SOWs), and agency onboarding processes.- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications- Demonstrated fluency in AI tools, prompt engineering, and workflow automation, with experience integrating AI into everyday work practices to increase efficiency and impact.- Experience developing executive presentations, status reports, business reviews, and operational reporting documents.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.- Experience supporting organizational planning, resource allocation, and scenario planning initiatives.- Ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tool Asana.- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting tools.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.Req ID: A212549
