Key Accounts Sales Manager

Job Details The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding key customer relationships in domestic markets. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in a fast‑pace environment, understands the cultural nuances of commerce, and can deliver strategic solutions that drive revenue and long‑term customer loyalty. Salary: $85,000 – $120,000 per year Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday‑Friday Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Paid PTO Paid holidays Responsibilities Be the main point of contact for assigned domestic accounts, ensuring clients have a smooth and positive experience. Get to know each client’s business and offer tailored solutions that support their goals. Look for opportunities to grow the business and expand our reach in global markets. Oversee day‑to‑day account tasks such as managing orders, inventory planning, promotions, and pricing. Work closely with teams across Sales, Product, Logistics, and Finance to stay aligned on client needs. Review sales performance and customer data to spot trends and share insights with leadership. Represent the organization at trade shows, showroom visits, and client meetings. Help manage contract discussions and renewals with key accounts in a collaborative way. Share ideas and insights across the team to support sales growth and improve how we work with accounts globally. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management. Background in home décor, furniture, lighting, or similar categories is a plus. At least 3 years of experience attending U.S. trade shows. Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems. Strong communication and presentation skills, with a knack for building relationships.
