Job Description & Requirements

Unit Specifics:

· Number of Beds : 450 for Tower/Sarah Cannon

· Patient Ratios : 1:30-1:35

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : None

· Type of equipment :

· Documentation system: Midas, Navihealth, need to use Meditech for pt review

· Scheduling requirements: Weekdays and Weekend days

· Floating policy: May need to utilize on more than one unit depending on need

· Patient Experience requirements: Previous Trave Acute Care Case Mgmt experience

Must have : Midas, Meditech experience, ability to adapt quickly,  Expectation that candidate would be productive after 5 days of orientation
