Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans, including crisis prevention strategies, positive behavior support plans, and medication management guidance.

• Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and clinical best practices as directed by the clinical team to ensure effective patient evaluation.

• Collaborate closely with program teams to design and implement individual behavior plans that support each client’s treatment goals.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to organizational compliance and quality assurance.

• Act as a liaison with community partners, state agencies, and other relevant service systems to expand service access and enhance care coordination.

• Maintain open communication with all stakeholders to achieve contractual obligations while promoting the agency's mission within the community.

• Build and nurture relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify new partnerships and funding sources that expand program offerings.

• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities through conferences, workshops, and active participation in statewide initiatives.

• Promote the values and principles of Renewed Heartfelt Healing Therapy in all interactions with clients and community members.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse patient population, including those facing emotional and psychological challenges, individuals recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. This role is key in delivering therapies that are not only compliant with best practices but also centered around the unique needs and goals of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current, independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Massachusetts or willingness to secure one with financial assistance provided by the company.

Compensation and Benefits\n
