Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Bishop & Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a reputable financial institution located in Downtown Honolulu. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and customer-focused professional to support recruiting, onboarding, and human resources operations in a fast-paced environment. LocationDowntown Honolulu Pay
$19.00 - $22.50 per hour, depending on experience Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Start Date
Immediate opening Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team with a variety of administrative and onboarding functions to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements while providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. The position also assists the Human Resources team with inquiries, requests, and day-to-day administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting and onboarding activities for new hires
- Assist with processing and maintaining employee files and records
- Ensure documentation complies with company standards and legal requirements
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers
- Respond to inquiries and assist with HR-related requests
- Coordinate and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team members on various projects and initiatives
Required
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one year of experience in a business office environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Associate degree in Business or a related field
- One year of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
- Experience with HR systems, including PeopleSoft and Query tools
- Sense of urgency and strong follow-through
- Exceptional customer service mindset
- Ability to adapt to frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
