Standort: Berlin (hybrid) oder Deutschland (remote) Business Development Representative (m/w/d) – Standort Berlin (Hybrid) Als Business Development Representative unterstützt du den Aufbau, die Entwicklung und Qualifizierung der Vertriebspipeline und identifizierst neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten. Du wirst Teil des EMEA Sales Development Teams und arbeitest eng mit Regional Sales Managern, Field Marketing und dem Global Marketing Team zusammen. Deine Aufgaben Identifizierung und Ansprache potenzieller Kunden durch gezielte Kaltakquise, Nutzung von Marktforschung und personalisierten Nachrichten, um Geschäftsbedarfe zu erkennen und Interesse zu wecken Ermittlung von Kundenbedürfnissen und Abstimmung mit AMCS-Lösungen Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Entscheidungsträgern in Zielunternehmen (Direktoren, VPs, C-Level) Erstellung strukturierter Outreach-Pläne (E-Mail, Telefon, Social Media), um Leads langfristig zu pflegen und Konversionsraten zu steigern Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten und Fortschritte in Salesforce Qualifizierung eingehender Leads anhand der MEDPICC-Kriterien und Terminvereinbarung für Discovery Calls Zusammenarbeit mit Sales Representatives zur Übergabe qualifizierter Leads Weitergabe von Beobachtungen und datenbasierten Erkenntnissen an Marketing- und Vertriebsteams zur Optimierung der Zielgruppenansprache und Leadgenerierung Dein Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium und mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Sales Development im SaaS-Bereich mit gutem Verständnis der Branchendynamik Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mündlich, schriftlich, Präsentation) in Deutsch und Englisch Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Kaltakquise, Lead-Generierung und -Qualifizierung Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln Eigenmotiviert mit proaktiver Hunter-Mentalität Organisationstalent, Multitasking-Fähigkeit und hohe Detailgenauigkeit Analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise Erfahrung mit Salesforce.comoder ähnlichen CRM-Tools Wohlfühlen in einem dynamischen, kollaborativen Umfeld Wünschenswert Fließende Kenntnisse in einer weiteren Sprache neben Deutsch und Englisch #J-18808-Ljbffr Jentic Technology Limited
