What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for medium-to-large, complex transformation initiatives.
• Partner with project managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to assess change impacts, identify risks, and drive successful adoption.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, executive coaching, communications, training support, and change readiness activities.
• Monitor project progress, measure business readiness and adoption metrics, and recommend actions to improve change outcomes.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships while supporting continuous improvement of change management practices and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Change Manager in IT project.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project / Program management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in  Internal Communications.

What Sets You Apart:

• Ability to clearly communicate across audiences - employees to Senior leaders both verbal and written.
• Able to create PowerPoint decks supporting initiative.
