This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while collaborating with a team of professionals. Your work hours will primarily be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some necessary flexibility to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs, establishing tailored treatment plans that are reflective of their individual challenges and goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating a space where patients can share experiences and gain knowledge about mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a holistic care approach, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, supporting patients in acute mental health emergencies and ensuring their immediate safety and support.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and community resources available to them, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n
