Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify client mental health needs, formulating tailored treatment plans that reflect both evidence-based practices and individual client circumstances.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s treatment journey.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating empathy and professional judgment to support clients experiencing acute distress.

• Engage in community outreach programs that aim to educate the public about mental health resources, promote awareness, and strive to reduce stigma.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
