Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health conditions, enabling the creation of personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using best practices and evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities that align with client preferences.

• Facilitate goal-setting discussions with clients and assess progress throughout their treatment journeys, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide an option for teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients facing challenges in attending in-person sessions due to logistical or health-related issues.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development initiatives, including attending workshops, conferences, and peer consultations to enrich clinical knowledge and expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
