The Huckeye Health Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Work Environment\n

As a remote employee, you will play an integral role in our community health clinic, where we provide telehealth and in-person therapy services. Your flexible work schedule, particularly Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, will allow you to balance personal commitments while effectively managing your caseload of clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain detailed documentation including diagnosis, treatment plans, and session notes in alignment with organizational protocols.

• Provide high-quality customer service while engaging with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits each week, providing therapeutic interventions that leverage creative strategies to enhance client engagement and goal attainment.

• Collaborate with case managers, family members, and other relevant stakeholders to deliver coordinated care, enhancing therapeutic interventions through a multi-disciplinary approach.

• Stay observant of clients' progress and adjust treatment plans proactively to achieve better outcomes.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
