- Handle high-volume PO and non-PO invoice processing
- Support vendor management, payment processing, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to resolve AP issues
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate high-volume PO and non-PO invoices.
- Perform 3-way matching , coding, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
- Review invoices for approvals, tax treatment, documentation, and policy compliance.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Prepare payment proposals and execute scheduled supplier payment runs.
- Support month-end close activities, including AP accruals and reconciliations .
- Review AP aging reports and reconcile vendor statements.
- Create and maintain vendor master data in SAP .
- Verify vendor banking, tax, legal, and payment information.
- Identify and escalate duplicate or potentially fraudulent vendor records.
- Support internal controls and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 35+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience in a high-volume or shared services environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payments, and 3-way matching
- SAP experience required; SAP S/4HANA preferred
- Strong Excel skills , including formulas, sorting, filtering, and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position in Princeton, NJ during training, after that we are open to remote . Onsite presence may vary based on training, team needs, and business requirements.
