We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Team Support Assistant to help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role provides day-to-day support to the Executive Assistant and helps maintain office operations. This is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes initiative, and is happy to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting small office projects

• Running local errands (Vehicle will be available)

• Picking up lunch, coffee, and office supplies

• Assisting with light housekeeping and office organization

• Supporting small office projects and miscellaneous tasks

• Helping maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized workspace

• Assisting team members with day-to-day operational needs

• Coordinating simple deliveries or pickups

• Stocking office snacks, beverages, and supplies

The ideal candidate is:

• Dependable and punctual

• Friendly and professional

• Comfortable multitasking

• Detail-oriented and self-motivated

• Able to lift items up to 30lbs and be on the move throughout the day

• In possession of a valid driver’s license
