National Sales and Marketing Director

Wholesale Payments is seeking a results-driven National Sales Director to lead, develop, and expand our B2B sales organization across the United States. About the Role Wholesale Payments is seeking a results-driven National Sales Director to lead, develop, and expand our B2B sales organization across the United States. Responsibilities Lead national sales growth by developing and executing strategies that expand revenue, market penetration, and customer acquisition. Recruit and develop sales talent, including B2B representatives, managers, and regional leaders. Coach sales teams on prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, closing, and account development. Establish performance standards and hold teams accountable for activity, conversion, revenue, and retention goals. Build a scalable sales organization by strengthening onboarding, training, communication, and leadership development. Use CRM and performance data to forecast results, identify opportunities, and improve sales execution. Partner with appointment-setting and support teams to strengthen pipelines and maximize field productivity. Maintain a strong understanding of our solutions and ensure teams communicate their business value effectively. Develop lasting client relationships with business owners, executives, and strategic partners. Represent Wholesale Payments with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach. Qualifications Proven success leading B2B, outside sales, or field sales teams. Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, motivate, and retain sales professionals. Strong record of achieving revenue and growth objectives. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. An analytical approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance improvement. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a commission-driven environment. Ability to lead a geographically distributed organization. Experience in business marketing, payments, fintech, payroll, SaaS, lending, merchant services, or related industries is preferred. National or multi-regional sales leadership experience is strongly preferred. Required Skills Proven success leading B2B, outside sales, or field sales teams. Pay range and compensation package Compensation: Uncapped earning potential, including weekly income upfront commissions and monthly residual income.
