About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Solutions with a focus on driving new business growth within complex, enterprise environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel outreach strategies to engage senior decision-makers, owning the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal close, and building and maintaining a robust pipeline. This role requires the ability to deliver tailored solutions that align with client needs, particularly within the healthcare payer sector. The Vice President of Solutions will also be expected to lead the development of proposals, RFP/RI responses, and pricing models, as well as represent the organization at industry events to expand market presence. Candidates for the Vice President of Solutions position must have a proven track record of selling into healthcare payer organizations, managing complex B2B sales cycles, and developing strategic proposals. Proficiency with CRM platforms for pipeline management and excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills are essential. The role demands a high level of performance in a target-driven setting, with the ability to influence growth strategy and expand a high-impact client portfolio. Experience in leading a team and a strong network within the industry are also advantageous.
