Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, strengths, challenges, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include measurable goals and specific interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Offer crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop comprehensive safety plans as required to ensure clients' immediate well-being.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to reinforce recovery and promote community among clients.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to align treatment strategies and ensure integrated care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, many of whom may also face mental health challenges. Your role will involve guiding clients through their emotional and psychological difficulties as they confront addiction, equipping them with strategies to cope with stress, triggers, and life transitions. By fostering resilience and self-efficacy, you will play a pivotal role in enabling clients to transition back into their daily lives with confidence and a sense of purpose.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
