Territory Sales Manager

Our client, a leading industrial equipment and solutions provider , is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be part of the Sales Department supporting regional customers across Vermont, Western New Hampshire, and Western Massachusetts . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a self-driven mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Territory Sales ManagerLocation: Vermont (preferred) or Western New Hampshire
Pay Range: $49,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE ~$100K+) What's the Job?
- Manage and grow an established sales territory across VT, Western NH, and Western MA
- Build relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Provide solution-based selling for industrial equipment and custom applications
- Travel within territory (75-80%) to meet with clients and assess needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- 2+ years of industrial or technical sales experience
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand industrial equipment terminology
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a home-based territory
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
- Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
- Company vehicle and gas card provided
- Established territory with existing customer base
