Manufacturing Technician / Machine Operator

2nd or 3rd Shift

Clinton, CT

$18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Easy commute from Westbrook, Clinton, Old Saybrook, Madison, Killingworth, Essex, Deep River, Chester, East Lyme, Niantic, and surrounding shoreline communities with convenient access to I-95.

Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician / Machine Operator to join their growing production team. This role combines machine operation, quality control, computer-based processes, and technical manufacturing in a modern production environment.

Unlike many manufacturing positions, you'll do more than simply operate equipment. You'll work with technology, monitor quality, solve problems, and learn specialized manufacturing processes as part of a collaborative team.

Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience is helpful, but we're also interested in candidates with mechanical ability, technical curiosity, and a willingness to learn. Experience with quality control, chemicals, or laboratory environments is a plus—but not required.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production processes
• Use computers and electronic devices to support manufacturing operations
• Perform quality checks and document production information

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable working with computers and technology
• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
