Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each client, using evidence-based techniques and cultural responsiveness.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to express their feelings and develop coping mechanisms.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with privacy regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, with a strong focus on mental health disorders.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies and cultural competence.

• Proficient in utilizing EHR systems and online communication tools to document client interactions and maintain organized records.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage crises and provide support in a calm, professional manner.

Preferred Experience\n

While no prior experience is required for recent graduates, we prefer applicants who bring at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly those who have engaged with clients experiencing complex mental health issues. Experience in telehealth or remote counseling services is a distinct advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
