Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a client-centered approach at all times.

• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy for effective outcomes.

• Collaborate alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health research by engaging in continuous professional development and attending relevant workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be clients within an outpatient setting who are navigating challenges related to mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) within the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, with a strong preference for experience in a clinical environment.
