Trauma Sales Representative - Richmond
Stryker Orthopaedics
Stryker seeks a Trauma Sales Representative for Richmond to manage territory sales of orthopedic trauma products, provide operating room support, and maintain inventory. The role requires on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays to support urgent procedures.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet revenue and market share targets
- Provide clinical and technical support during orthopedic trauma procedures in OR and emergency settings
- Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare decision-makers in assigned accounts
- Manage inventory, consignment assets, and surgical instrument sets for product availability
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational programs to support customer adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare/sales experience
- Ability to work on-call schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
- Valid driver's license and territory travel capability
- 1+ years medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales experience (preferred)
- Willingness to obtain COVID-19 vaccination if required by customers
