Business Analyst

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support ERP operations within the Finance division. This role is key in driving process engineering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration for a new application that integrates with SAP and supports field supply chain operations. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders in Supply Chain and Field Operations to gather and document business requirements Support development and implementation of an application that tracks inventory usage within SAP Analyze current inventory and supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation Create detailed documentation including workflows, process maps, and SOPs Act as a liaison between business users and IT/development teams to ensure clarity and alignment Track and report system issues, enhancement requests, and user feedback Help manage project timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready Required Skills: 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role Experience working with IT teams and ability to understand technical workflows and language Strong process engineering and documentation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Highly organized with strong time and task management skills Ability to manage shifting priorities and maintain project momentum Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP (including S/4HANA) – not required to be an expert Background in supply chain, field operations, or construction industries Familiarity with inventory management systems and ERP integrations Certifications: [Optional – specify if relevant certifications like CBAP, PMP, or SAP certifications are preferred] Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
