We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and upbeat Office Assistant to help keep our workplace running smoothly. If you enjoy supporting a team, staying organized, and keeping things moving, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Support — Filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents
• Mail Handling — Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
• Workspace Upkeep — Keep shared areas tidy (kitchen, meeting rooms, supply closets)
• Supply Management — Refill supplies and notify the supervisor when stock is low
• Errands — Run occasional local errands
• Admin Assistance — Support staff with basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Jobcore experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous office experience is a plus, but not required
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
