Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their needs, creating individualized intervention and management plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review treatment plans and therapeutic goals, ensuring they align with client progress and evolving needs.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy through both in-person and telehealth sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR.

• Create an inviting and non-judgmental atmosphere for clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment conducive to honest dialogue and growth.

• Maintain meticulous records, documenting all clinical services rendered, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and required confidentiality assurances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele at Wellness Assured, LLC range widely in demographic characteristics and psychological needs, including but not limited to individuals with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, grief and trauma. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, ensuring that you tailor your approach to meet the distinct needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Valid social work license per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Proven experience with a variety of psychotherapy modalities, alongside a comprehensive understanding of a wide array of mental health disorders and diagnoses.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and connect with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
