Work Environment\n

This position allows for remote work flexibility while being part of an integrated health team. Our work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, carefully evaluating how co-existing medical conditions may impact a patient's mental health status.

• Develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs, enabling a comprehensive treatment approach.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific needs of patients.

• Collaborate effectively with medical providers, ensuring coordinated care streams and achievement of optimal treatment outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective responses to critical situations.

• Educate patients about the interconnectivity of mental and physical health to empower them in managing their conditions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals battling complex medical conditions intertwined with mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in navigating their dual diagnoses and guiding them towards improved mental and physical health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
