Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health challenges and devise effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Engage in individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure effectiveness of the treatment strategies implemented.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinical supervisors through regular team meetings, providing and receiving support to continually enhance service delivery.

• Deliver teletherapy options to clients, ensuring accessibility for those unable to attend in-person sessions due to mobility or transportation challenges.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LMFT license in the state of Colorado.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, candidates with specialized training or experience in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or family systems therapy, will be viewed favorably. Experience with teletherapy platforms is also an asset, as we strive to provide our clients with flexible care options.

Compensation and Benefits\n
